Open tools for eye-movement research

Method development is part of our research programme. We build and share tools that make eye-movement experiments, preprocessing and analysis more transparent and reusable.

Flagship project · Under active development

OpenEyeTrack

An open-source browser-based webcam eye-tracking platform for behavioural research. OpenEyeTrack is designed to support calibration and validation, gaze recording, head-position monitoring and reproducible data export without requiring specialist eye-tracking hardware.

Its broader scientific goal is to make large-scale eye-movement studies possible and to test which psychological measurements remain reliable outside the laboratory.
